...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central California, including the 
  following area, Mono County and western Nevada, including the 
  following area, Mineral and Southern Lyon Counties.

* WHEN...This afternoon and evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff from thunderstorms may result in 
  flooding of burn scars, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and 
  flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their 
  banks with low-water roads and crossings being flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Deep moisture and storm redevelopment over complex terrain
    features will contribute to an increased risk of localized
    heavy rainfall and flooding within the watch area.
