THE SOUTHEAST PERMIAN BASIN AND LOWER TRANS PECOS...

.Heavy rain is possible again today generally along and east of a 
Garden City to Alpine line.  Parts of this area received heavy rain 
yesterday with the potential for additional heavy rain today. 
By this evening flash flooding concerns should decrease.
