The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of southwest Arkansas, 
including the following areas, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little 
River, Miller, Nevada and Sevier, northwest Louisiana, including the 
following parishes, Bossier, Caddo and De Soto, southeast Oklahoma, 
including the following area, McCurtain, and Texas, including the 
following areas, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Franklin, 
Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Red River, 
Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
