...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT MIDNIGHT CDT TONIGHT...

The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of south central Texas, 
including the following areas, Bandera, Dimmit, Edwards, Frio, Kerr, 
Kinney, Maverick, Medina, Real, Uvalde, Val Verde and Zavala.

The flooding threat has diminished across the majority of the flood 
watch area. The one exception is across portions of Medina County 
where some isolated flash flooding remains possible into the early 
overnight hours with an ongoing Flash Flood Warning as a nearly 
stationary batch of locally moderate to heavy rainfall has remained 
over that region within the last hour or two.
