.Tropical Storm Francine is expected to produce another 0.50 to 2.50 
inches of rainfall with locally higher amounts along our immediate 
coastal counties through this afternoon. Much if not all of the rain 
should come to an end sometime this afternoon as Francine is 
expected to lift north-northeast of our area quicker than previously 
expected. Given that little to no rain has fallen across Kenedy 
County up to this point and the fact that soils can handle the rain 
that's projected to fall through this afternoon, we decided to 
cancel the Flood Watch for Kenedy County. Flood Watch continues for 
Cameron and Willacy Counties. We also adjusted the end time of the 
Flood Watch to 3 PM CDT this afternoon as much if not all of the 
rain associated with Francine should have come to an end.

The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of Deep South Texas, 
including the following areas, Coastal Kenedy, Inland Kenedy and 
Kenedy Island.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being 
cancelled.
