...HIGH SURF ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON AKDT TODAY...

* WHAT...Large breaking waves will wash surf to the top of the 
  beach.

* WHERE...Northern Arctic Coast.

* WHEN...Until noon AKDT today.

* IMPACTS...Localized beach erosion will occur. Items left on 
  the beach will wash away. Debris will wash onto beaches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwest winds are pushing waves to the 
  top of the beach causing erosion and washing away items left on 
  the beach. Winds and waves will decrease this afternoon. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
