...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM AKST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Large breaking waves will wash to the top of the beach.

* WHERE...Shishmaref and Bering Strait Coast.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Localized beach erosion may occur. Minor flooding of 
  low lying areas along the coast is possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southerly gales over the Northern Bering 
  Sea and the Chukchi Sea will continue into Monday night, then 
  decrease slowly on Tuesday. This will cause sea levels to rise 
  two to four feet above the normal high tide line and waves 
  will push to the top of the beach. The worst conditions will 
  be along south facing shores.
