Waves will be largest and the risk of rip currents will be greatest on south and southwest facing shores. * WHERE...Catalina and Santa Barbara Islands, Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches. * WHEN...Until 2 PM PDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...There is an increased risk of ocean drowning.
