...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Alabama, including the following 
  county, Washington and southeast Mississippi, including the 
  following county, Greene.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 441 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Leakesville, Deer Park, Walley, Burbank, Rounsaville,
    Escatawpa, Vinegar Bend, Four Point, Pisgah, Dueitt, Clark
    and Dwight.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
