Northeastern Logan County in western Arkansas... * Until 1215 PM CDT Thursday. * At 614 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. * Heavy rainfall has moved out of the warned area, however water runoff will continue over the next several hours. Areas streams and rivers may continue to rise or remain nearly steady. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
