...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM MST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Arizona, including the following 
  county, Graham.

* WHEN...Until 700 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Dangerous flows 
  over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 359 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms near and south of the Safford area. This will
    cause urban and small stream flooding.
  - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Marijilda Wash, Jacobson Creek, San Simon River, Slick Rock
    Wash, Oak Draw and Stockton Wash.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Safford, Roper Lake State Park and Swift Trail Junction.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
