...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 8 AM PST THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 8 AM PST this morning for portions 
of central and northern California, including the following areas, 
in central California, Placer. In northern California, Amador, 
Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Nevada, Sacramento, San 
Joaquin, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tehama, Tuolumne, Yolo and Yuba.

The heavy rain has ended this morning. Urban and small stream 
flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Renewed chances for 
minor flooding late this morning through tonight. Please continue to 
heed remaining road closures.
