...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Florida, including the following 
  counties, Pasco and Pinellas.

* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water 
  over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 247 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    showers and thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small
    stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    New Port Richey, Holiday, Beacon Square, East Lake, Palm
    Harbor, New Port Richey East, Keystone, Oldsmar, Elfers,
    Trinity and Crystal Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
