...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Big Bend Florida, including the following 
  counties, Gadsden, Leon and Wakulla.

* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is 
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 212 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tallahassee, Woodville, Florida A and M, Florida State
    University, Tallahassee State College, Midway, Doak Campbell
    Stadium, Wakulla, Gaither Community Center, North Florida
    Fairgrounds, Gene Cox Stadium, Springsax Park, Jack McLean
    Park, Lake Munson, Apalachee Ridge Estates, Walker Ford
    Community Center, South City, Callen Neighborhood, Bragg
    Stadium and Providence Neighborhood.
