* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Georgia, including the 
  following counties, Ben Hill, Irwin, Tift, Turner and Worth.

* WHEN...Until 245 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1044 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ashburn, Tifton, Sylvester, Ocilla, Fitzgerald, Omega,
    Poulan, Ty Ty, Phillipsburg, Unionville, Mystic, Worth,
    Terrell, Sycamore, Sumner, Warwick, Rebecca, Sunsweet and
    Chula.
