...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1130 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Georgia, including the 
  following counties, Cook and Lowndes.

* WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1024 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms along I-75 between Hahira and Cecil. Minor
    flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Adel, Hahira, Cecil, I-75 At Exit 29, Pine Valley and Cook Co
    A/P.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
