...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM EDT /1045 PM CDT/ THIS 
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, including the following 
  county, Henry and southwest Georgia, including the following 
  counties, Calhoun, Clay, Early, Quitman, Randolph and Terrell.

* WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT /1045 PM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 842 PM EDT /742 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Abbeville, Fort Gaines, Morgan, Cuthbert, Blakely,
    Georgetown, Dawson, Edison, Arlington, Shellman, Parrott,
    Bellville, Bluffton, Haleburg, Randolph Co A/p, Coleman,
    Suttons Corner, Carnegie, Moye and Coles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
