...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff continues.

* WHERE...A portion of Elbert county in northeast Georgia.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1136 AM EST, After yesterday's excessive rainfall, high
    water and out of bank conditions along Beaverdam Creek and
    the Broad River will linger through the afternoon.
