The heavy rain has ended, and the flooding threat has diminished. 
Light rain will continue over the next hour. In this area, rainfall 
amounts of of 2.5 to 4 inches, with isolated 5 to 6 inches, were 
observed through the evening and overnight hours. Keep in mind that 
rivers and creeks may still be responding to the excessive runoff 
over the area.
