...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Georgia, including the following 
  counties, Habersham and Stephens.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Overflowing poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 722 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
    Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Toccoa, Clarkesville, Cornelia, Baldwin, Demorest, Mount
    Airy, Alto, Tallulah Falls, Lake Hartwell, Raoul, Hollywood,
    Boydville, Turnerville and Eastanolee.

threatening roads or property to the National Weather Service

NWSGSP. Your message should describe the specific location where 
impacts occurred and the depth of flooding observed.
