The Flood Advisory is cancelled for portions of east central 
Georgia, including the following areas, Burke, Columbia, McDuffie 
and Richmond and central South Carolina, including the following 
areas, Aiken and Barnwell.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
