* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...

* Until 145 PM ChST

* At 1050 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over Rota.
  Automated rain gauge indicates more than two inches of rain have
  already fallen for the past 3 hours.

Additional rainfall of 1 To 2 inches are possible over the few
hours. This additional rain will likely cause minor flooding in low-
lying areas and areas with poor drainage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or poor drainage areas is occurring or is
imminent. These conditions will cause difficult driving conditions
and minor flooding along streams and rivers.
