The National Weather Service in Tiyan Guam has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Guam 

* Until 415 PM ChST

* At 111 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over northern 
  Guam. Up to 2 inches of rain has already fallen during the morning 
  and early afternoon. An additional 1 to 3 inches is possible. This 
  will cause urban and street flooding in poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Barrigada and Andersen AFB.
