New Areal Flood Warnings have been issued for Humboldt, Webster, 
Bremer, and Blackhawk Counties. Please see new Areal Flood Warnings 
for specific details. 

The remainder of the counties in northern Iowa under the Areal Flood 
Warning will be allowed to expire at 8:30 PM CDT. Flood conditions 
have improved in the past 24 hours. Please be careful, as standing 
water may still be present on the roadways and in open fields. Local 
creeks and streams are also running high throughout much of northern 
and central Iowa. Several River Flood Warnings remain in place.
