* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Agricultural lowlands along the river 
  begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.4 feet...or 0.6 feet
    below flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.3 feet
    Tuesday, July 16.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
