* At  9:15 PM Wednesday the stage was 18.1 feet, or 3.9 feet below 
  Flood Stage.
* Forecast...crest below Flood Stage with a stage of 19.5 feet, or 
  2.5 feet below Flood Stage, Friday afternoon. 
* Impact...At 17.0 feet, Road closures are possible near creeks 
  adjoining the river.
