Overland flood waters have stabilized or receded across the area, 
and are no longer expected to pose a threat to life or property. 
However, flooding will continue along mainstem creeks and rivers and 
are covered with river flood warnings. Also, with ice action 
continuing on some of the rivers, be prepared for rapid changes in 
river levels and the possibility of renewed flooding.  Please 
continue to heed any road closures.
