...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Idaho, including the following 
  county, Gooding.

* WHEN...Until 930 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is 
  occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 630 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1 and 2 inches
    of rain has fallen from thunderstorms. Additional rainfall is
    occurring This will cause urban and small stream flooding.

    Gooding and Bliss.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
