The Flood Advisory will expire at 1215 PM CDT this afternoon for 
portions of central Illinois, east central Illinois and southeast 
Illinois, including the following counties, in central Illinois, 
Christian and Shelby. In east central Illinois, Clark, Coles, 
Cumberland, Edgar and Moultrie. In southeast Illinois, Effingham.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat.
