...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 930 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 930 AM CDT this morning for 
portions of east central Illinois and southeast Illinois, including 
the following counties, in east central Illinois, Clark and 
Cumberland. In southeast Illinois, Crawford and Jasper.

The heavy rain has ended and flood waters are receding. Urban and 
small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please 
continue to heed remaining road closures.
