...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 AM EDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following 
  counties, Rush and Shelby.

* WHEN...Until 815 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1033 PM EDT, Some flooding is likely ongoing from heavy
    rain earlier this evening. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Shelbyville, Rushville, Fairland, Glenwood, Arlington and
    Manilla.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
