...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 6 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 6 AM CDT early this morning for 
portions of northwest and west central Kansas, including the 
following areas, in northwest Kansas, Thomas. In west central 
Kansas, Gove and Logan.

The heavy rain has ended. Urban and small stream flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
