...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Kansas, including the following 
  counties, Clark, Ford, Haskell, Meade, Morton, Seward and Stevens.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1128 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 10 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Liberal, Hugoton, Meade, Minneola, Fowler, Kismet, Moscow,
    Hayne, Meade State Park, Missler, Woods, Cave, Feterita and
    Plains.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
