...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 130 AM EDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 130 AM EDT early this morning for 
portions of east central and southeast Kentucky, including the 
following areas, in east central Kentucky, Bath, Elliott, Estill, 
Menifee, Montgomery, Powell and Rowan. In southeast Kentucky, Morgan 
and Wolfe.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
