The National Weather Service in Gaylord has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  East central Grand Traverse County in northern Michigan...
  Antrim County in northern Michigan...

* Until 445 AM EDT.

* Radar rainfall estimates indicate a stripe of 3 to 5 inches of 
  rainfall occurred since early Tuesday evening.  Some flooding has 
  been reported over parts of Antrim County...specifically along US-
  31 near Elk Rapids as well as on M-88 south of Bellaire.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to one-half inch are expected 
between 100am and 400am.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.  Be especially cautious at night when it 
is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
