* WHERE...Oceana County in west central Michigan.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 419 PM EDT, Radar and automated rain gauges indicated 2 to
    4 inches of rain has fallen in portions of the area.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Hart, Pentwater, Mears, Weare, Elbridge, Colfax, Walkerville,
    Crystal Valley and St. Huberts.
