The National Weather Service in The Twin Cities has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Martin County in south central Minnesota...

* Until 930 AM CDT.

* At 733 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Fairmont, East Chain, Northrop, Fairmont Airport and Imogene. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
