Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 318 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. - The heavy rainfall has ended, however it will likely take small streams and creeks several hours to recede. Continue to obey all road closure signs and do not drive into areas where water covers the roadway. Be especially cautious of low water crossings as the road may have been washed out under the water. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
