River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 239 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen overnight, occurring in areas that already received heavy rainfall last night. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.3 to 0.6 inches are expected over the area.
