...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following 
  counties, McDonald and Newton.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying 
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 856 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned
    area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - This includes the following low water crossings...
    Hickory Creek at Coler RD, Big Sugar Creek at Buzzard Glory
    Road, Butler Creek at Kings Highway, Buffalo Creek at
    Klondike Road, North Indian Creek at Orchid Drive, Little
    Sugar Creek at Skaggs Hollow Road and Elkhorn Creek at
    Highway CC.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Neosho, Pineville, Seneca, Granby, Anderson, Noel, Goodman,
    South West City, Wheaton, Lanagan, Fairview, Dodge, Newtonia,
    Stella, Cayuga, Stark City, Powell, Rocky Comfort, Racine,
    Tiff City and Big Sugar Creek State Park.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Many flood
