...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Street flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues in 
  the warned area.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Mississippi, including the 
  following counties, Lowndes and Oktibbeha.

* WHEN...Until 1115 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Several roads were closed earlier due to flooding. 
  Expect some areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 917 PM CDT, Rainfall is ending, but flooding continues to
    be a concern this evening. Motorists should be aware that
    roads could be flooded.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Starkville, Artesia, Longview, Sessums, Oktoc and Bent Oak.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
