* Flood Warning for...
  Choctaw County in central Mississippi...
  Northwestern Noxubee County in east central Mississippi...
  Oktibbeha County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Eastern Attala County in central Mississippi...
  Central Winston County in east central Mississippi...
  Webster County in north central Mississippi...
  Clay County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Lowndes County in northeastern Mississippi...

* Until 430 AM CST Sunday.

* At 422 PM CST, emergency management reported that many roads, 
  especially in rural areas, are flooded and have been barricaded 
  due to heavy rain that fell earlier today. Persons in the warning 
  area should use extreme caution if traveling late this afternoon 
  and tonight.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include areas 
  around the following cities and communities...
  Starkville, Columbus, West Point, Louisville, Columbus AFB, 
  Montpelier, Eupora, Ackerman, Brooksville, Caledonia, Maben, 
  Mathiston, Crawford, Sessums, Craig Springs, Millcreek, Longview, 
  Oktoc, Bent Oak and Clarkson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
