The Flood Advisory will expire at 3 AM EST early this morning for 
portions of northeast North Carolina, including the following areas, 
Gates and Northampton and southeast Virginia, including the 
following areas and independent cities, City of Franklin, City of 
Suffolk, Greensville, Isle of Wight, Southampton, Surry and Sussex.

The heavy rain has ended. Some water on roadways may remain. Please
