The Flood Advisory will expire at 3 AM CDT/2 AM MDT/ early this 
morning for portions of Dunn, northeast Billings, and southeast 
McKenzie Counties. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer 
expected to pose a threat at this time. Turn around, don't drown 
when encountering flooded roads.
