...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Nebraska, including the following 
  counties, Cedar and Wayne.

* WHEN...Until 800 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 452 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in
    Highway 20 east of Belden due to thunderstorms. Minor
    flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3
    and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Wayne, Laurel and Carroll.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
