...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 1245 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

The Flood Warning will expire at 1245 AM CDT early this morning for 
portions of Iowa, including the following areas, Cherokee, Lyon, 
O'Brien, Osceola, Plymouth, Sioux and Woodbury, northeast Nebraska, 
including the following areas, Dakota and Dixon, and southeast South 
Dakota, including the following areas, Lincoln and Union.

Flood waters have receded and the heavy rain has ended. Flooding is 
no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed 
remaining road closures.
