...FLOOD ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

The Flood Advisory has expired for portions of north central Kansas, 
including the following areas, Phillips and Smith. Portions of south 
central Nebraska, including the following areas, Franklin, Furnas 
and Harlan.

Although various creeks and streams are likely still running high 
from at least 1 to 3 inches of rain that fell in much of the area 
earlier tonight, only minimal additional rain mainly less than 
one-half inch is expected through the rest of the night, and the 
primary time frame of concern for more urgent flooding issues has 
likely passed. As a result, the Advisory will be allowed to expire 
at this time. However, please use caution overnight especially if 
driving on any saturated rural roads, and heed any possible road 
closures.
