The Flood Warning will expire at 330 AM CDT /230 AM MDT/ early this 
morning for portions of northwest Kansas, including the following 
areas, Cheyenne and Rawlins and southwest Nebraska, including the 
following areas, Dundy and Hitchcock.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
