In northeast New Mexico, southern Harding. * WHEN...Until 600 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 254 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to several thunderstorms moving northeast around 40 mph. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen over parts of the area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Another round of thunderstorms with heavy rain may move into the area after 5 pm. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
