This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 1.25 inches of rain have fallen in the past 30 minutes on the north side of Capitan along State Road 246. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ruidoso, Capitan, Smokey Bear Historical Park and Fort Stanton. - Oso Creek and Salado Creek may experience flooding over low water crossings.
